Todd is the Director of Leadership Development at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN. Todd has a background in launching strategic initiatives and leadership development. He is passionate about helping churches and nonprofits create cultures of pipelines, leadership development, and training pathways. Since joining LifeWay, Todd has launched and overseen the development of Ministry Grid, Lifeway’s leadership development and digital curriculum platform. He has written Developing Your Leadership Pipeline, numerous white papers, and coached over 7000 church and non-profit leaders in live events in the US, Australia and India.
